Better Bodies is a long time supporter of the NPC Knox Classic in Knoxville, TN. This year the show is on August 2nd at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium.

This past weekend Better Bodies was represented at Sweden Throwdown Crossfit competition in Stockholm, Sweden.

The Throwdown events is a big Crossfit contest with hundreds of athletes competing about a first place on the price podium!

Another year – another successful day! For the 4th time Better Bodies Challenge was held in Stockholm City Conference Centre, this time on March 23rd.
