Josef and Daniel are preparing for the upcoming competition in Men's Physique at Better Bodies Challenge.
We also meet Farbod Chaharlang (Swedish Overall Champion) who planning to compete in the European Championship in May, as well as Mohammad Takii who is doing his first competition ever at Better Bodies Challenge.
Better Bodies Challenge is a very good Bodybuilding and Fitness competition for those who want to start take their fitness journey to the next level.
