As with the last training session for biceps and triceps, Hunter explains his movements here, how to execute them and alternate movements if some machines may not be available at your gym.
For this crew's push day they include, chest and shoulders and explain the switch up from dumbbells in the past to cable presses along with the higher rep ranges for the lateral movements for shoulders.
