Lower Body
Single leg slide outs: 3 sets x 10 reps each leg
Back lunge slide outs: 3 sets x 10 reps each leg
Side step-ups: 3 sets x 10 reps each leg
Upper Body
Walking incline push-ups: 3 sets x 10 reps
Walking elevated push-ups: 3 sets x 10 reps
Shoulder step-ups with superman raises: 3 sets x 10 reps
