Dynamic Conditioned Leg Training | Jen Ronzitti Frida Paulsen & Ian Gaines
Jen Ronzitti and Friday Paulsen are at Destination during the Iron World Tour DESTINATION-WEEK and link up with Ian Gaines for a complete shock training session that is out of both of their norms.

Jen and Frida start off with plate pushes on the turf for 4 sets followed by 40 rep sets on the leg extension. They go to a dynamic unilateral bench step/pulse for 20 reps each leg followed by leg presses with 20 reps close stance and 20 reps wide stance. Followed this all up with some concentric work pushing Ian himself down the turf, moved to earth movers on the treadmill, and finished with pulse jumps under a band for 2 sets of 40 reps.
