Ahmad Ahmad - Classic Physique Olympia

It is the first full day that the GASP and Better Bodies team is in Orlando. Here we link up with Ahmad Ahmad who is 2 days out from competing in the Classic Physique Olympia. With returning champions and a new crop of impressive professionals who have qualified in 2020, this will be the most stacked and competitive Classic Physique Olympia line up ever.

I still have about 3lbs to lose but have plenty of time. I am on track to beating my look last time I competed.

Ahmad Ahmad trains shoulders and arms here at the world famous Kissimee Gym who has been an amazing host to a lot of this years Olympia competitors. Check them out if ever you all find yourself in Orlando.
