Do your items qualify for a return?

To qualify for a return, you must meet the requirements below:

  1. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging and have original tags still attached

  3. We will not accept returns of customized items, socks, or underwear

  4. If you received a defective item, please contact us

What about exchanges? We don't offer an exchange service. Instead please return your selected item(s) and place a new order.

Return Instructions:

  1. Gather the item(s) you'd like to return along with the packing slip and pack them up securely. If you are returning items from multiple orders you must either include multiple packing slips or a note with order numbers listed.

  2. We have different return policies depending on your destination. Please see what applies to your country below.

USA

You will need to obtain a shipping label from your carrier of choice - return your package to this address:

Denmark & Finland

You will receive a return label in your package. Attach this label on your package and leave it to your nearest PostNord office. The return cost is 6EUR which will be deducted from your refund.

Sweden

You will receive a return label in your package. Attach this label on your package and leave it to your nearest PostNord office. The return cost is 59SEK which will be deducted from your refund.

Norway

Contact us [email protected] and we will send a return label to you. Attach the label on your package and leave it to your nearest PostNord office. The return cost is 59NOK which will be deducted from your refund.

Germany

You will receive a return label in your package. Attach this label on your package and leave it to your nearest UPS office/pick-up destination. The return cost is 9EUR which will be deducted from your refund.

United Kingdom

Please reach out to our support [email protected] and we will send a return label to you. When you have received your return label from us, you leave your package to the nearest UPS office/pick-up destination. The return cost is £11 which will be deducted from your refund. We are responsible for any customs charges.

Europe (If your country is not listed above)

With DHL: You will receive a return label in your package which you attach on your return. You can choose to either leave your package to the nearest DHL service point or book a pick-up. If you want to book a pick-up, you will be responsible of contacting DHL. The return cost is 12EUR which will be deducted from your refund.

With UPS: You will receive a return label in your package. Attach this label on your package and leave it to your nearest UPS office/pick-up destination. The return cost is 12EUR which will be deducted from your refund.

Rest of the world (if your country is not listed in any of the above)

Please note that your package can't be delivered to a pick-up point. To avoid this - send your return as a Business Parcel. If the return is delivered to a pick-up point it will be returned to you and you will be responsible for return shipping charges. You will need to obtain a shipping label from your carrier of choice - return your package to this address:
