At Home Glutes & Hammies with Limited Equipment - Jennifer Ronzitti

What doesn’t challenge you, doesn’t change you! I had an amazing workout today using only bands. The key is to focus on time under tension as well as to dig into the mind/muscle connection!
I used the heaviest bands in the set (40-50 lbs) for the exercises and made sure to really squeeze at the top of the movement.
Squats: 5x15-20
Lunges: 4x15 Each Side
Good Mornings: 4x15
Glute Bridges: 4x25
Curtsey Lunges: 4x20 Each Side
Sumo into upright rows: 4x12-15
Kickbacks: 4x20 Each Side
Lateral Leg Raises: 4x12-15
